Search at the Center: Connected Marketing – Part III [video]

“It is not about pages in the world wide web anymore, it is about the way we come together in communities”

In Part III (out of III) of this presentation, delivered at the eMetrics Marketing Optimization Summit Washington DC 2010, Mike Grehan discusses the importance of site speed for Google which, according to him, is more important to for Google while crawling websites than to end users which mostly use broadband connections.

He also wraps up the presentation by outlining the future of the Internet as a web of applications and by describing how Google and other search engines will have to adapt to this new connected environment.
