This video, presented by Eric T Peterson, provides tips in order to succeed in Website Testing. The presenter starts by showing the value of testing to website improvement, as he says: "Testing and Optimization allows you to slowly yet incrementally improve the quality of your website and improve the quality of the customer experience." The four tips provided in this first part in order to succeed in Online Testing are:

  1. Form a great team to help with the multiple tasks involved in testing
  2. Identify your stakeholders to secure that resources needed to test will be allocated to this ongoing process
  3. Write a testing plan to structure and prioritize the testing efforts
  4. Clarify your measures in order to be able to measure success accurately.
