Sketching User Experience with Clients [slide presentation]


This presentation, from Scott Baldwin, proposes a way to use sketches (drawings) in order to plan user experience when engaging with a client. According to the creator this is faster, it improves communication, it clarifies thinking, and it gets everyone in the same page. His approach to user experience uses 4 P’s: Paper, Pens, People, Place. The flow of the process is as follows:
